"My own personal journey continued for a few more days in Dubai at another wonderful gathering of amazing people with whom I was also able to meet and share their amazing life stories. Just wanted to share something that resonated with me while Sting made a very brief private cameo presentation and while he played a couple of his great and wonderful songs, he said something that really clicked. Sting said that he has been a musician all his life and that if he was asked what is the most important asset a musician possesses he would "absolutely, unequivocally say it is not the hands, not the fingers, not the vocal chords, it's not the lungs or the breath; the most important asset a musician possesses is the ear: the ability to LISTEN.
Without this ability to listen there can be no music, no harmony, no counterpoint, no rhythm.... listening is fundamental." I hope we can all continue to do attentive "listening" to our hearts, souls and minds so we can carry on a future road that further allows us to leverage our influence for good. Blessings to all and always keep in touch and connected."
