Each year, the Success to Significance Leadership Gathering brings together passionate and successful leaders on the front lines of global issues and focuses on making a difference in the world. This intimate gathering is limited to 35 members of our community and is a five-day "think tank" designed to inspire new possibilities in work and philanthropy.
The magic happens the moment you step off the boat onto Branson’s glorious private island paradise in the British Virgin Islands. This fun and meaningful adventure with our hand-selected guest list sparks businesses, and foundations, and has raised millions of dollars while creating brilliant connections, and friendships that inspire us all to leverage our success in new and impactful ways.

The Success to Significance Leadership Gatherings bring together a united community of responsible, ethical businesses that contribute their resources, time and connections in developing entrepreneurial ideas that reinvent how we live and work that benefit people and our planet.

Each morning will start with a stunning rooftop breakfast, after which we’ll gather for inspiring talks about the state of the world and innovations that spark hope and challenge each of us. Through collaborative sessions led by visionary front-line leaders, you’ll have the chance to apply your unique perspective and resources directly to world-shifting work, and one-of-a-kind opportunities to co-create solutions and influence change right then and there.
Afternoon: Connect + Collaborate

Following the morning program, we’ll continue the conversations over lunch. Afternoons are intentionally left unstructured for you to enjoy in your own way - to engage in informal chats and get to know your fellow participants and speakers better.
We encourage you to participate in the many activities available on land or in the sea! You’ll be able to get up close with the lemurs, face off in a tennis tournament, relax poolside (or on any of the beaches)—and much, much more.
Evenings: Dialogue + Dine

In the evenings, we’ll come back together to reflect on the day and further connect over sunset cocktails and conversation. Dinners will feature more thought-provoking dialogue and provide yet another occasion to learn from—and break bread with— leading thinkers.
Special musical performances by award-winning and local entertainers accompany the evenings.
EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY INCLUDES
Your invitation includes an all-inclusive accommodation for a 4-night / 5-day stay at Sir Richard Branson's private resort on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands in either a Private or Shared Suite on Necker Island for the entire duration of the gathering.
As a guest you will also have a unique opportunity to participate in a panel discussions during the gathering and share your own charity, passions and philanthropic goals and connect with leaders who can join you in that cause.

Jean Oelwang
Jean is the founding CEO and President of Virgin Unite. Over the last 17 years, she has worked with partners to lead the incubation and start-up of several global initiatives, including The Elders, The B Team, The Carbon War Room (successfully merged with RMI) Ocean Unite, The Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator, 100% Human at Work, The Virgin Unite Constellation, and The Branson Centres of Entrepreneurship. She also played a key partner role in the incubation of many other initiatives such as The Audacious Project, The Africa Donor Collective, and The New Now. Jean has helped corporations put the wellbeing of people and the planet at their core, including working with over 25 Virgin businesses across 15 industries to help embed purpose in all they do. Jean also served as a Partner in the Virgin Group leading their people strategy. She was the joint CEO of Virgin Mobile in Australia prior to starting Virgin Unite. Before Virgin, Jean spent eighteen years working on six continents to help start and lead mobile phone companies in South Africa, Colombia, Bulgaria, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US. Jean worked for the Foundation for National Parks and Wildlife in Australia, and in numerous volunteer roles, including a stint as a US VISTA volunteer in Chicago. She holds a number of advisory board roles, including The Elders, The Sara Blakely Foundation, Penn State Board of Visitors, The Vatican’s Humanity 2.0, Vintro, Last Mile Health and the boards of RMI, The B Team, Virgin Unite, Ocean Unite, Unite BVI Foundation, Just Capital, AID Live Foundation, and The Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator. She is also honored to be a B Team Leader, cofounder of Plus Wonder, and author of the book Partnering.
Amber Kelleher-Andrews
Amber Kelleher-Andrews is an internationally renowned relationship expert, professional matchmaker, TV Personality, film producer and philanthropy enthusiast. She is a devout wife and mother of three. A true romantic at heart, with a deep passion for people, Amber lives out her dream job serving as CEO of her global matchmaking firm Kelleher International. Under her stewardship, KI remains the leader in a booming singles industry and is responsible for thousands of marriages. Kelleher is continuously expanding to meet the demands of busy, successful entrepreneurs and has been awarded back-to-back top global matchmaking awards. Amber is a frequent correspondent and contributor on various entertainment and news platforms such as The Today Show, GMA, 20/20, Nightline and The BBC. She enjoys contributing to business and relationship books and blogs her dating advice columns for The Huffington Post and SFGATE.com. In 2014 Amber starred in NBC’s prime time reality show “Ready For Love” and when time permits, she enjoys participating as an expert on various nationwide public forums. One of her most rewarding endeavors has been co-hosting Leadership Gatherings with Richard Branson benefiting Virgin Unite by curating intimate groups of successful entrepreneurs whose commitment in business is to further leverage their influence as a driving force for good.

In 2004 we founded the non-profit foundation Virgin Unite to unite people and entrepreneurial ideas to create opportunities for a better world. Over the last decade, together with some great partners, we have inspired and incubated a number of wonderful collaborations – like The Elders, Ocean Unite, Carbon War Room, The B Team and The Branson Centre for Entrepreneurship – which have spurred much needed change in the world. I now spend the majority of my time working with Virgin Unite to make a positive difference in the world. From supporting projects that I’m passionate about, such as being an advocate for LGBT rights, drug policy reform and giving ex-offenders a second chance to using my voice and that of the Virgin Group to shine a spotlight on issues that I believe are unacceptable, such as climate change and the death penalty. I am incredibly proud of what Virgin Unite have achieved and thank you for your continued support of Virgin Unite. I truly believe that working together we can turn challenges into opportunities, allowing us to always push boundaries to make business and the world better.
Zander Grashow
Confidential advisor, author, and creator, the Good Wolf Process Zander has been a confidential advisor to presidents, CEOs, activists, and change agents in their most transformative moments. Known for his delivery of truth and grace, he has helped shape the leadership and trajectory of organizations like Google, TED, HBO, IBM, Rockefeller Foundation, in addition to multiple Presidential administrations. His impact over the past 20 years reaches across the global business, philanthropic, entrepreneurial, and creative communities. As a leadership practitioner and the co-author of The Practice of Adaptive Leadership and Leadership in a Permanent Crisis (Harvard Business Review), Zander helps bring our imagined futures to life. As one of the pioneers of the Adaptive Leadership methodology, he has helped thousands of people adapt and evolve their life’s work. Zander created the Good Wolf Process to help remarkable people achieve their next level of ambitions. An artist at heart, Zander treats music as medicine and has been prescribing and self-medicating for years. He is usually the first to laugh and last to leave the dance floor. A creative pragmatist, he is willing to follow a great idea wherever it takes him.
